Payoffs and Takeups, Rewinding Solutions
Portal, gantry, and cantilever style payoffs and takeups all have their respective strengths. No matter the style, robust product handling solutions are guaranteed.
Spulomat - Automatic Takeups
The Spulomat is an innovative automatic take-up solution built around ease of use. Maintenance stays simple and infrequent, with all components easily accessible when service is needed. A modular design keeps setup and string-up quick and straightforward, so the system stays user-friendly from day one. It can also be equipped with industrial robots that palletize, handle, label, and stretch-wrap the finished reels, extending automation through to the final packaging step. Test ends are left accessible at each end of the spool, making downstream testing simple and convenient.

Robo - Automatic Respooling
The Robo Series is a fully automatic respooler built to run with minimal oversight, offering both precision layer winding and random winding to match your product's needs. Automation is central to its design: a single operator can oversee four to five machines during normal operation, freeing up labor for other tasks
Rev - Automatic Respooling
The Rev Series is a fully automatic respooler built for fast, hands-off format changes. Electronically controlled axes handle changeover automatically on the 3-position turntable, and a high-capacity empty spool magazine keeps the line moving quickly between formats. An innovative wire-hooking system takes the hassle out of handling even difficult wire types, while built-in suction piping keeps powder and debris under control. Like the rest of the line, it offers both precision layer and random winding, and runs with minimal oversight — a single operator can manage four to five machines during normal operation

Taping Heads
Offering both eccentric and concentric style taping heads for cable and tube/pipe.
Coilers
The static coilers are made to accumulate a high volume of wire at the end of a draw bench at a very high speed. On the other hand, the rotating down coilers available can be applied at the end of a processing line or can even be supplied as a “stand-alone” system with its own pay-off (as in photo). It can be connected directly to a drawbench or to any form of wire treatment (annealing, cleaning, etc.) This machine can also be used with different types of wire (solid steel wires, tubular or flux-cored wires, non-ferrous wires) as well as with cables.

Drum Packers
GIMAX drum packers have a focused design to coil welding wire in drums so that when it is drawn out of the drum it is torsion-free (no-twist), complying with the needs of robotic welding equipment.
